Pakistani courts gives right to each Pakistani citizen that if he thinks that he is aggrieved from and decision of the court, He retains the right of appeal against such decision but this is a general rule. Right of appeal against the  Khula Procedure In Pakistan  is an exception and as per Pakistani law there is no right of appeal against the  Khula in Pakistan except on some particular grounds. As a general rule there is no right of appeal against the  Khula procedure in Pakistan. This appeal cannot be exercised by the husband if he says that he was unaware of the  Khula because the higher courts of Pakistan is of the view that during the proceedings if the  husband does not appears in the court an ad is published in a newspaper and the court are of the view that this ad in newspaper is sufficient to bring in the notice of husband that a proceeding is being conducted against him so therefore if a husband appears in court or not the bwife will get khula in Pakistan and the decree of khula is not appealable.

Normally 99% of the khula decree is given by the court in the favor of wife so it is very easy by the wife to get a khula in Pakistan after the khula procedure in Pakistan however in case if the female / Wife does not get a khula decree from the court then she can file an appeal against the khula decree in Pakistan before the district judge.

When a husband gives   Khula in Pakistan then also during the proceedings an ad in newspaper is published. This ad is considered sufficient enough to inform the wife legally that  Khula procedure in Pakistan is initiated against her as per  Khula in Pakistani law. Even a wife cannot claim later on that she was not aware of this   Khula therefore no appeal against the  Khula in Pakistan lies when the husband gives  Khula to wife in Pakistan.

The reason of not giving the right of appeal to parties in the case of  Khula and Khula Procedure In Pakistan is that the courts in Pakistan thinks that these are petty matters and should not prolong the courts of Pakistan. The family laws in Pakistan are made by the legislature in such a way that they want these family matters to be settled amicably without any delay.

It is very obvious that the courts cannot bind the husband or the wife to live with each other. There is no such law that the court can specifically bound both the parties to live as husband therefore by the help of family laws the courts expedite the proceedings and announce the khula decree in Pakistan in a speedy way. The law says that the family court try to have reconciliation between the husband and the wife however the family court is not bound to do reconciliation between husband and wife at all cost and ultimately the family court in Pakistan announces  Khula after the khula procedure in Pakistan. Once the khula decree is announced the proceedings of Khula in Pakistan gets started and ultimate finalizing the  Khula in Pakistan the Nadra  Khula certificate in Pakistan is issued.
